In this part time role, you will collaborate with a dedicated pharmacy team to provide critical services and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective clinical pharmacy services to patients
• Oversee medication monitoring and adverse drug reaction reporting
• Handle computerized provider order entry tasks
• Educate pharmacy students and interns during rotations
• Manage additional pharmacy duties as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Current registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
