As a Client Service Technician with VitalAire Canada, you will drive innovation in home healthcare. This role demands engaging directly with patients and handling equipment delivery, technical checks, and safety compliance. With a focus on enhancing the patient experience, you’ll be pivotal in educating clients on respiratory equipment use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and transport medical gas products to clients
• Train clients in equipment function and maintenance
• Perform technical checks and review safety instructions
• Maintain documentation for technical visits and equipment exchanges
• Participate in on-call service for after hours
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of recent driving/delivery experience
• 2-3 years in customer service roles
• Capable of lifting 55 pounds unassisted
• Clean and valid driver’s abstract
