As the Resident Care Manager, you will report to the Director of Care, ensuring compliance with care regulations while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective delivery of resident care through staff supervision

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in geriatrics or long-term care supervision
• Registered nurse with a valid license
