As a temporary full-time Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in developing programs that promote organizational excellence and inclusion at KPU. This six-month contract emphasizes creating and implementing training aligned with equity and diversity principles, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Your expertise in instructional design will be essential in developing high-quality, engaging online training content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Inclusive Compliance training programs
• Create online learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs




• Collaborate with teams to ensure program effectiveness
• Assist in tracking and evaluating training success
• Advance existing talent development programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or similar
• Five years in HR or organizational development
• Understanding of EDI principles and practices
• Experience in leading training programs
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
