Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance services across Specsavers locations
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of maintenance issues




• Collaborate on continuous improvement of ticket management
• Monitor maintenance trends and recommend solutions
• Act as the liaison for warranty claims and insurance matters

Requirements:
• 5+ years in maintenance or facilities-related roles
• Strong experience with building systems including HVAC
• Proven ability to manage vendors and contractual agreements
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Relevant post-secondary education
