Convergint is hiring a Building Operator at Suncor Firebag In-Situ site with a 14/14 FIFO rotation and camp accommodations. This role requires a 4th Class Power Engineering certificate.

In this hands-on position, you will provide expert support for building operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will conduct inspections, respond to mechanical issues, and liaise with various stakeholders ensuring smooth operational flow. Flexibility and commitment to safety protocols are essential in enhancing our service culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise daily with Building Operations Administrators and occupants
• Respond to service requests courteously and efficiently
• Use SAP for managing work notifications and logs




• Conduct detailed inspections and oversee maintenance schedules
• Assist in training sessions and toolbox talks

Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineering certificate with ABSA registration
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in building operations
• Robust problem-solving abilities in building systems
• Flexibility in responding to emergencies
• Completion of safety orientation training required
