As a permanent Machine Operator reporting directly to the Road Foreman, you'll play a crucial role in achieving company production goals. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of equipment operation and two years of experience in road maintenance or construction. Your diligence in maintaining equipment and recording work activities is essential for successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment according to safety standards
• Follow the Foreman’s production schedule daily
• Keep track of work progress and completion reports




• Ensure daily equipment maintenance and care
• Abide by safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
• Three years of equipment operating experience
• Two years in road maintenance or construction
• Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s license needed
• Preferred commercial driving experience
• Awareness of road construction processes and materials
