ComPsych is looking for licensed clinicians to join its Employee Assistance Program, delivering impactful counseling services to employees and their families. This role emphasizes short-term, solution-focused interactions, primarily through in-person counseling within local communities. Ideal providers will help individuals navigate various problems, enhancing workplace mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ethical, client-centered EAP counseling
• Conduct intake assessments and deliver counseling sessions
• Assist clients facing workplace stress and relationship issues
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Collaborate with ComPsych’s intake and referral processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post-masters
• Valid skilled accreditation or registration
• Coverage by professional liability insurance, as needed
• Resume or CV reflecting current qualifications
