As part of the finance team, you will take charge of all Accounts Payable duties, verifying invoices and ensuring payments align with vendor terms. Your work will support the overall financial integrity of YES TV while fostering strong relationships with vendors and teamwork with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor invoice processing and record-keeping
• Support positive vendor relationships and communications
• Train coworkers on documentation necessary for payments
• Oversee credit card processing and payment runs
• Address discrepancies and maintain filing systems

Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent
• 2-3 years A/P experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting principles essential
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Broadcasting experience is an advantage
