Join Avetta's team as a Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Associate, focusing on compliance and auditing. This hybrid role supports clients and suppliers while managing health and safety programs.
In this position, you will review and verify Safety and Health Programs for Avetta clients and Supplier Members. You’ll conduct manual audits, assist in closing compliance gaps, and ensure safety protocols meet regulatory standards. The role requires robust communication skills for prompt inquiry responses and collaboration with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct desktop Safety and Health Program audits for suppliers
• Assist clients in addressing compliance gaps and deficiencies
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to suppliers
• Perform customer verifications and audit closure assistance
• Document inquiries and forward concerns to the Audit Manager
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of safety profession experience preferred
• Foundational knowledge of regulations such as OSHA
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Completion of OSHA 30hr training is a plus
