Stratford Hall is seeking a Temporary Auxiliary Programs Coordinator to manage enriching programs in Vancouver, BC, for the 2026-2027 school year. Lead efforts in After School Care and other initiatives while supporting student engagement and safety.

This role focuses on the operational oversight of all auxiliary programs at Stratford Hall, ensuring they meet high standards and reflect the school’s values. You will manage staffing, budgetary responsibilities, and foster a positive team environment for staff development. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and improve all auxiliary programs effectively
• Establish emergency protocols and maintain safety standards
• Manage the recruitment and training of staff




• Monitor budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources
• Foster relationships with families regarding student experiences

Requirements:
• Diplomate in Education, Recreation, or similar field
• CPR/AED certification essential
• Demonstrated leadership in educational settings
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Willingness to work flexible schedule as needed
