The Assistant Controller will be an integral part of the Corporate Accounting team, collaborating closely with the Western Regional Controller. Key responsibilities include leading month-end processes, financial analysis, and building trusted relationships with site leaders to drive business performance. This role presents an opportunity to impact various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial administration across assigned operations
• Prepare timely financial statements and reports




• Oversee bank reporting and month-end close activities
• Implement automation tools to improve processes
• Support annual audits and special projects

Requirements:
• CPA designation with a Bachelor's in business or finance
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting expertise
• 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
