Elevate WRHNF’s fundraising efforts as the Senior Director of Fundraising Events. This pivotal hybrid position focuses on building community partnerships through strategic event management and enhanced donor engagement.

In this influential role, you will drive the Foundation’s signature event strategies and oversee a dedicated team of managers and coordinators. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will develop financial objectives, create opportunities for community engagement, and ensure seamless execution of fundraising events. The Director plays a critical role in enhancing donor relationships and advancing organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Foundation’s event strategy and goals
• Cultivate and steward key sponsors and donors




• Ensure effective event planning and execution
• Analyze fundraising metrics to drive improvements
• Foster community-led fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
• At least seven years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Demonstrated success in event management
• Proficiency in fundraising technologies
• Bachelor's in fundraising or related discipline
