Join Pomerleau as an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage critical subcontract agreements. This role is hybrid and supports procurement and project management functions.

In this position, you will streamline subcontractor management processes and aid in the effective tracking of deliverables and performance. Your communication skills will be essential for liaising with subcontractors and internal teams, while your experience will help identify areas of contractual risk and ensure compliance with commercial terms. Collaboration with engineering and cost control teams will be part of your daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontractor performance and compliance
• Track deliverables and schedules related to projects




• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders
• Review procurement-handled subcontract information
• Assist in managing contractual risks effectively

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with significant project delivery models
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience managing large-scale contracts
• Skills in claims negotiation and dispute resolution
