In the position of Neighbor Services Navigator II, you will utilize a case management approach to assist clients with food assistance applications and other essential services. Your ability to perform crisis intervention will be crucial as you advocate for the most vulnerable populations. This position is based at the Feeding Pinellas Empowerment Center in St. Petersburg.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate neighbor intakes and needs assessments
• Conduct motivational interviewing to develop action plans
• Assist with perks applications and community referrals




• Uphold confidentiality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report and maintain accurate data records

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in social services
• Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with low-income and culturally diverse populations
• Valid Florida Driver’s license and ability to travel
