Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the HR point of contact for all business-related matters
• Advise leaders on HR issues, including policy interpretation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders




• Support the administration of HR programs like compensation and perks
• Drive organizational change and implement strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations required
• CHRP designation or Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with remote operational environments is an asset
