In this role, you will manage the receiving operations at Ocean Spray, ensuring that all objectives are met safely and efficiently. Supervise both seasonal and year-round employees, reporting on critical KPIs while maintaining solid communication with grower-owners. You will also be responsible for overseeing off-season maintenance and the station manager's duties when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and direction to receiving team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Monitor performance and report on operational metrics




• Oversee A/P administration and monthly reporting
• Assist with maintenance and grower-related projects

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree required
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• High level of organizational and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computer operations and mechanical tasks
