In this permanent, full-time position, you will report directly to the Director of Mental Health, Oncology, and Palliative Care, overseeing clinical operations and enhancing team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement clinical service and strategic plans for the program
• Enhance community linkages to support patients




• Lead employee relations and mentoring initiatives
• Support new outreach programs and engagement efforts
• Develop processes to maintain quality patient care

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing or Health Administration, Master’s preferred
• At least five years of recent leadership experience
• Proficiency in project management and financial oversight
• Experience in a unionized healthcare workplace
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
