In this role, you will support the Crewing Manager by leading recruitment initiatives and ensuring employee retention for the offshore fleet. Responsibilities include candidate screening, coordinating onboarding processes, and improving crew satisfaction through engagement activities. Your role is vital in building a solid pipeline of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and retention strategies year-round
• Screen and interview candidates for onboarding processes




• Engage in crew operations and scheduling management
• Attend and represent at career fairs and industry events
• Maintain compliant crew records and databases

Requirements:
• 4+ years of HR or administrative experience
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of marine operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
