In this full time role, you will take charge of delivering post-implementation support while enhancing client efficiency and adoption rates. As part of BDO’s Solution Operations team, you’ll convert issues into actionable insights and develop repeatable service offerings to improve overall client experiences with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable ROI for clients
• Facilitate health checks and actionable roadmap discussions




• Challenge client approaches and recommend improvements
• Conduct detailed business impact assessments
• Create value-based use cases from platform capabilities

Requirements:
• 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CE experience required
• Senior-level Power BI expertise
• Microsoft certifications in relevant areas mandatory
• Proven experience providing high-level remote support
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft’s cloud solutions
