Key Responsibilities:
• Manage training, coaching, and staffing for the Unit
• Oversee inspections and compliance assessments
• Analyze inspection findings and implement corrective actions
• Support quality assurance initiatives and improvements
• Correspond with pharmacy managers regarding compliance issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Pharmacy or relevant certification
• Current registration with SCPP in good standing
• A minimum of 5 years in community pharmacy
• 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of pharmacy legislation and standards
