We're looking for an experienced trainer to improve operational competencies and develop procedures for Roska DBO's facility. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of gas plant experience and a passion for training. You’ll work within a tight-knit team while promoting high safety standards and effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct competency assessments for operational staff
• Develop and update training materials and procedures
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with operational teams for training support

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in gas plant operations
• Procedure writing experience strongly preferred
• Certifications: Standard First Aid, H2S Alive
• Clean driving record and pass drug testing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
