Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, your role includes overseeing the implementation and management of effective compensation strategies for the organization. You will leverage over 7 years of compensation experience to ensure competitive pay systems aligned with our business objectives and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maintenance of salary structures
• Analyze compensation data and market trends for insights
• Conduct annual compensation cycle processes for merit and bonuses
• Support pay equity and compliance with legislation
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders for cohesive application
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Business or HR
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
• Robust analytical and reporting skills, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies preferred
• Ability to present insights to senior leadership
