As a Dietitian, you will assess and address the unique nutritional requirements of premature infants. Your role involves developing nutrition care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and engaging in community outreach initiatives. Deliver educational resources to staff and families to enhance care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient nutritional needs and implement care plans
• Monitor and modify care plans based on laboratory data
• Engage in patient care rounds and education sessions
• Develop nutritional materials for healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed documentation of care and findings
Requirements:
• Degree in Nutrition with accredited internship
• Two years of related clinical experience preferred
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals required
• Robust knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutrition needed
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
