We seek an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to oversee effective compliance programs and training initiatives. You will manage on-site safety audits, facilitate training, and conduct risk assessments. This role is critical for maintaining safety standards while promoting environmental responsibility within our Division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver safety training programs to diverse audiences
• Conduct health and safety risk assessments
• Perform site inspections and workplace investigations




• Develop and implement compliance programs and strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders on safety initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary training in health and safety or equivalent experience
• Proven background in training and development
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation and regulations
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possession of CRSP certification is an asset
