In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of maintenance projects at the Calgary Zoo, ensuring compliance and effective resource utilization. Your expertise will drive improvements in the computerized maintenance management system while fostering collaboration among various stakeholders. You'll contribute to preparing budgets and key performance indicators for the Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance operations and projects
• Implement upgrades to the computerized maintenance management system
• Develop project scopes and obtain estimates for maintenance tasks




• Manage vendor relationships and oversee service contracts
• Analyze and report performance indicators for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Certified Engineering Technologist or related qualification
• 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience required
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
