Key Responsibilities:
• Manage oversight for water treatment and collection systems
• Guide junior operators with mentorship and technical direction




• Monitor and optimize treatment processes and operations
• Conduct site visits for inspections and issue troubleshooting
• Manage SCADA notifications and emergency responses

Requirements:
• 5+ years in drinking water and wastewater operations
• Valid Ontario Drinking Water Operator Certification
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a large area
