In this role, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within Give & Go's bakery operations. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can coach and mentor employees while identifying opportunities for process enhancement. Your leadership will play a key role in achieving plant goals and fostering an engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing changes
• Conduct thorough assessments to find operational efficiencies
• Develop training materials on Lean practices




• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Validate and optimize existing plant processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Maintenance, Engineering, or Production
• Robust background in Lean methodologies and change management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Proven experience in fostering a culture of improvement
