Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture partnerships with Christian organizations
• Advocate for core ministry programs and resources
• Act as a representative at significant events and conferences
• Oversee volunteer engagement initiatives and metrics
• Manage budgets and resources for ministry programs

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant pastoral experience
• Bible College degree or Seminary graduates preferred
• Expertise in public speaking and community networking
• Ability to innovate in ministry settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software
