The Superintendent reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates closely with Project Managers. This role encompasses the oversight of personnel, operations, and quality control on construction sites, aiming to meet specifications from various agencies. You will actively engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure effective communication and successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop liaison with project managers for project support
• Ensure crews meet production levels while maintaining quality




• Monitor daily operations of subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee field resources and manage equipment movements
• Attend cost control and scheduling meetings regularly

Requirements:
• Education in Construction Engineering or similar field
• 10+ years in the industry with people management experience
• 5+ years of effective team management
• Experience in Sewer & Water and/or Grading
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule
