Key Responsibilities:
• Lead value-based reviews and health checks for clients
• Drive improvements through effective communication
• Support and advise on Power Platform components
• Analyze business impacts of recommendations
• Assist in the development of service documentation
Requirements:
• Over 7 years experience with Dynamics 365 CE
• Minimum 3 years with Power BI at a senior level
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Teams
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
