In this role, you will be instrumental in providing case management and facilitating group interventions for residents battling AOD issues. Your expertise will help in developing tailored treatment plans and delivering motivational support during their rehabilitation journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions with various therapeutic modalities




• Advocate for residents' needs and coordinate referrals
• Implement brief interventions and therapeutic support strategies
• Maintain detailed and precise client documentation

Requirements:
• Robust background in AOD services or mental health
• Experience in assessment and client-centered planning
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Certificate IV in AOD preferred
