As part of the Finance & Administration team, you will enable MDW Law and Tandem Family Law to thrive. You’ll take charge of month-end closes, manage financial reports, and develop internal controls. Your proactive mindset and attention to detail will ensure a robust financial framework in support of leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle accounting functions consistently
• Review and prepare financial reports and statements
• Manage month-end and year-end close procedures
• Analyze financial data and present insights to executives
• Support compliance and audit processes thoroughly
Requirements:
• 5+ years in accounting with a focus on reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• CPA preferred, with equivalent experience accepted
• Strong track record in financial controls
• High proficiency in Excel and legal accounting systems
