As part of Opendoor's People team, you'll bridge the gap between complex data and actionable strategies. You'll create dashboards, automate workflows, and assist in leveling and compensation projects. This role requires a proactive approach and a solid understanding of data processes while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive projects.

• Execute market studies and compensation projects
• Automate key People Operations functions to save time




• Develop insights to support Talent Acquisition analytics efforts
• Improve systems and data quality alongside the HRIS administrator

Requirements:
• Data-oriented background with experience in analytical functions
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information
• Outstanding data storytelling and communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and BI tools
• HRIS and compensation survey tool knowledge is a plus
