In this role, you'll report to the Director of Industry Impact & Development and work directly with clients to improve health and safety measures. You'll lead in office consultations, analyze safety data, and coordinate workshops to support organizational goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring compliance and minimizing workplace risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on-site safety consultations to improve client programs
• Deliver health and safety workshops at industry events
• Analyze safety data and trends from WCB claims
• Conduct assessments for improved safety management
• Stay updated on safety regulations and initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• CRSP or equivalent certification, or in progress
• Over five years of project management experience
• Experience in oil and gas or related industries
• Strong analytical and communication skills
