Key Responsibilities:
• Manage flying programs and course execution
• Brief students and complete necessary Risk Assessments
• Provide demonstrations and authorize flights
• Track student progress with Sortie Report Assessments
• Review student submissions and provide feedback

Requirements:
• Graduation from a test pilot school or military equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of test pilot experience
• 200 hours of test flying required
• EASA/ICAO or validated pilot licence preferred
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate required
