Requirements:
• 2-3 years of HR or recruitment experience in semiconductor
• Understanding semiconductor engineering function roles
• Experience in sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong focus on communication and candidate engagement
