Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate specs into precise bid requirement documents

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in powerline project estimating
• 10+ years construction industry experience
• Solid skills in MS Office and estimating tools
• In-depth knowledge of construction specifications
• Capable of effective communication and coaching
