In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing the reliability and safety of Aquatera's production assets, reporting directly to the asset manager. Your expertise in reliability engineering and maintenance optimization will help you develop strategies that maximize equipment uptime, driving continuous improvement alongside operations and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify hazards and conduct safety inspections
• Develop and implement best practices for reliability
• Maintain crucial reliability analytics and KPIs
• Lead RCFA investigations to prevent failures
• Optimize maintenance strategies using RCM
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related discipline
• At least three years of related experience
• Proficiency with CMMS
• Strong background in RCFA methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
