In your role as an Industrial Engineer, you will support the launch of new robotic manufacturing plants while developing systems that maximize efficiency and productivity. You’ll be integral in ensuring that our facilities meet safety and ergonomic standards as you collaborate with engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee deployment and ramp-up of new robotic manufacturing facilities
• Design optimized workflows and productive manufacturing setups
• Utilize AutoCAD for precise production layouts and diagrams




• Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles
• Analyze and enhance manufacturing performance for throughput

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout and process design
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Excellent collaboration and analytical skills
