Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage operational policies and SOP governance
• Foster operational compliance and cash handling standards
• Evaluate and enhance brand presentation across centres




• Ensure a compliant and safe workplace for members
• Lead initiatives for self-service and technology solutions

Requirements:
• Over a decade of experience in retail operations management
• Background in regulated industries such as Travel or Insurance
• Mastery in internal controls and fraud risk management
• Expertise in inventory governance and margin optimization
• Strong relational skills with various stakeholders
