Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer experience and operational KPIs
• Conduct detailed reviews of customer interaction data
• Develop production-ready Databricks Apps for analytics




• Design and refine executive storytelling through dashboards
• Produce impactful presentations on root causes and recommendations

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in Databricks and self-service analytics
• Strong analytical and SQL problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI applications like Genie and ChatGPT
• Experience managing end-to-end analytical projects
