In this high-impact role reporting to the AVP, FP&A;, you will support Canadian Tire’s real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate monthly and quarterly insights for senior stakeholders
• Manage forecasting for Real Estate P&L; and balance sheet




• Provide solid financial analysis and recommendations
• Coach and prioritize team development
• Enhance reporting and forecasting through automation

Requirements:
• Business, Accounting, or Finance degree required
• Minimum 5–7 years of FP&A; or finance experience
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with Power BI, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion is a plus
