Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans in partnership with the CEO
• Oversee partnership management for mutual perks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design impactful partnership opportunities
• Track key metrics related to growth
• Represent CHC in high-level external engagements
Requirements:
• 10+ years in leadership roles within nonprofits
• Experience in fundraising and partnership development
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Master’s degree required
• Familiarity with healthcare networks is beneficial
