Become a key member of the Wound Ostomy Continence Team at SE Health as a Resource Nurse. Provide expert support for clients with wound and continence challenges alongside a dedicated team.

This role requires a specialized nurse to assess and manage clients requiring wound and ostomy care. You will partner with an interprofessional team to develop customized care plans and ensure quality outcomes. Your responsibilities also include mentoring fellow staff and delivering educational workshops, all aimed at improving care services and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
