Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee relationships for multiple Private Equity clients
• Collaborate with Accounting and Tax teams on client needs
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client documents
• Supervise 4-6 Investor Relations Specialists effectively
• Manage compliance and capital activity reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• 5-7 years in Hedge Fund/Private Assets, focused on IR
• At least 2 years of team leadership
• Knowledge of AML and KYC compliance
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
