Enhance facility operations at STEMCELL Technologies as a Senior Facilities Services Coordinator. This role calls for a detail-oriented and customer-focused coordinator to handle internal requests and streamline processes.

As the primary contact for facility requests, you’ll ensure that issues are resolved swiftly and communicate with stakeholders effectively. You will use your coordination skills to monitor service performances and provide comprehensive administrative support. From tracking requests in JIRA to coordinating vendor activities, your contributions are vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main liaison for facility service inquiries
• Use JIRA for tracking and resolving service requests




• Facilitate vendor access while upholding health and safety standards
• Provide administrative assistance, meeting scheduling
• Collaborate to draft internal updates and reports

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-site coordination
• Familiarity with JIRA and ticketing systems
• Access control systems knowledge is an asset
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Able to manually lift items up to 30 lbs
