Candidates must have a proven track record in leading complex compliance and safety programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and standards
• Manage the division-wide emergency management program

• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education and certifications
• Extensive experience in environmental management and compliance
• Solid supervisory and mentoring skills
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory adherence
• Valid Class 'G' Driver’s License for Ontario
