In this vital position, you will oversee the Project Design department within the Decoustics and Strongsville Wood divisions, leading a team of Senior Project Coordinators and Supervisors. Your role encompasses scheduling, resource planning, and ensuring high-quality shop drawings using AutoCAD. Engaging collaboratively with clients will also be crucial for addressing technical inquiries and improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and manage a team of 8–9 design professionals
• Oversee project schedules and team performance evaluations
• Ensure accurate shop drawings are created in AutoCAD




• Collaborate with clients to resolve design issues
• Manage billing and invoicing for external freelancers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design or engineering
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven leadership in managing design teams
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency; knowledge of SolidWorks is plus
• Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities
