Chard seeks an experienced leader with over 5 years in building maintenance, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position. You will manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, promoting effective teamwork and continuous enhancements to service delivery in our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support maintenance staff on site
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
• Monitor maintenance tasks and system performance
• Liaise with property managers for tenant satisfaction
• Administer vendor relationships and warranty processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance, including management
• Proficient in technical building systems knowledge
• Experience with CMMS and building automation
• Background in residential or mixed-use facilities
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transport
